Augeas Professional – Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of hair care and beauty products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
